"Edit: January 2024: The place is going through constant managerial switches. Gorman took over and they are cool, but the managers and front office people constantly be making mistakes, losing paperwork or are behind on their work, in turn causing residents to have backed up paperwork. The last three ladies who worked in the front have major attitudes. Gorman has been in control for a while so I don't understand all the mess they are going through. The cameras dont work. I dont know when they will get them back up. Packages will be stolen, if by some miracle the USPS, UPS, Amazon and Fedex drivers can get into the buildings that need to be opened with a keyfob. Use a pickup at the facility option or lockers. There are roaches. The exterminator is provided by the property for free and works for a couple of months before we have to get sprayed again. You just have to keep up with it. There isnt as many issues with kids and teenagers being crazy anymore. The only thing good is the apartment is basically new with no issues. Love my view and my apartment. Original review: I've been living here since January 2022. And I love it so far. The managers have been helpful. A plus is that they have cameras outside and in the hallways so everything is captured. They have monthly community meetings to hear what the residents have to say and to fix up things that the residents bring up to the housing department. The apartment is beautiful. It meets all my needs and the views from the top floor are beautiful, night and day. I reccomend! As long as you keep to yourself and don't do anything "bad" like fighting, drugs, smoking or vandalism then you are fine. The one con: The teenagers act like they have no parents or manners. They leave trash, spit in the hallways and damage the property in small ways(tagging, making holes in things). It has been happening LESS, but it still happens. They have been kicking out the people and cracking down on the people who are destroying the property, so it is getting better every week/month."

"Harmony has a lot of potential but management is not it. Lazy ladies in the office and a smart mouth maintenance man who walks around the complex with his firearm on his hip. Hallways are always dirty including the elevator and bad kids running around with no consequences."

"STAY AWAY!!!!! If I could honestly give this apartment 0 stars I would. Let’s start off with management, 0 stars no one ever in the office, when you do catch someone the service isn’t good. Poor Management pretty useless to be honestly. Never knows anything, can’t help with any problems like it isn’t their job, They make it seem like it’s always a problem when you are asking for help, attitudes and real rude, office suppose to open 8am and never does, office closes at 5pm and it’s closed by 4- 4:30pm. Oh and the cameras never work. Now let’s talk about the building hallways are disgusting, they clean them I believe once a week if you are lucky, trash all over the floor for days at a time, roaches, the outside doors hasn’t been working since I moved it, which is a huge safety issue but hey why is that important, the box where they can call you never worked & don’t think it ever will, the fitness room has 3 machines and only 2 work the 1 has been broken for 6 months and hasn’t been fixed, you complain about all of this and they still won’t ever get to it. Also Kids never being watched by their parents.(which I get not the company problem) but at some point it has to be kick them out. kids running around throwing rocks, dirty the halls, throwing food around the halls, destroying the building, messing up the fitness room, knocking and banging on doors, stealing packages, running through the halls all hours of the night, And management does nothing about it. I’ve complained and was told well kids are gonna be kids, and when a package was stolen and they cameras where down I was told call the cops. They lady is so condescending, rude, mean, and just ugly from the inside. She has to hate her job to behave in this manner all the time. I get having bad days but when you act like this all the time, she needs to be replaced. When you first walk in you want to be greeted by someone who’s kind not someone who’s grumpy all the time. So happy my lease was up and moved…. Seriously stay away!!!!!! The problems you will face isn’t worth it."

DO NOT MOVE HERE. for one, they don’t even have enough parking spaces for the amount of residence that live here. i’ve stayed here a whole year and have been parking my car on the side street in front of the office. and since that was the case my car ended up getting totaled on the man street from somebody driving into it. oh but if there were enough parking spaces it would be enough. you are also in a building that has 4 floors maybe 10-15 units on each floor. THE ROACH INFESTATION? yea no. never moving into a building again. they come through the cracks, doors, sinks. i keep up with our place too, never been dirty. last but not least. the management property has been through ab 5 people since we moved in last year. lol do not sign a lease here!"
