"I’ve lived here for a year now and the leasing and maintenance staff are great! They are super helpful, friendly, and prompt to respond. I’ve never had service calls turned around so quickly. In the summer when there are issues with people’s ACs the maintenance staff is here to fix it no matter the time of day. Some of the neighbors can be rather inconsiderate, but overall the experience here has been pleasant."

"The place is awesome especially Grace she is so accomodating, so friendly she is so good she got me and my husband have a unit and got approved same day. The best experience we have since we moved here in Arizona getting an apartment. From the beginning of introducing herself up to taking care of the business and us being approved in our unit. Mandarina you have a true winner there in your corner by the name of Grace Mcilveen. Can't wait to move in."

"For context, I only lived at Mandarina for a year. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Pros: -Staff was helpful and friendly (Polly, Ralph and Elliot) -Ameneties (Renovated gym, Garages,Dog park) -Renovated units are nice (not all are renovated) Cons: -Low number of respectful/considerate neighbors -Frequent smokers on patios -Several damaged/unregistered cars parking in spots they don't lease -DES located next door I would recommend leasing one of the fully renovated units and leasing a garage if one is available."

"My son just moved into the apartments for college and the property management team was AMAZING. They helped us complete all the documents online and get our son moved in ASAP. Grace Mcilveen was very engaged and helped us step by step and answered all of our questions. THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
