"After a long period of working out how to move within my family, and a few things going wrong that caused me to not be able to move to other places, I was extremely annoyed with the whole process. That being said, once we found the place we are currently moving into and started up contact with AZ Prime, it was extremely easy. They responded almost immediately to our request to view the property and every step of the way they have been open and understanding with us going through this process. Whenever I have emailed them they have responded quickly, and they respond even faster now that we have the tenant portal. Highly recommend to work with them as they've been so kind."

"I will not rent from them again. I had a good experience when I rented in downtown Mesa so I thought I would be safe renting from them again. I selected a condo for rent in Tempe. When I discovered there was an air bnb above me (part of why I selected this unit is because the condo association doesn’t allow short term rentals), they haven’t been particularly helpful. I’d be more than happy to vacate if we could come to a reasonable agreement but they don’t even respond in a timely manner. I asked about the rules and regs of the condo today. Instead of responding they just uploaded a copy of the CC&Rs which I sought out on my own. It is my opinion that their failure to address this directly impacts my safety. Condo association is no better and I will be leaving them a review as well."
"As a renter from this company; they are awful. Anytime you call, the front desk is always rude and not accommodating. I recently had a water leak in my unit that caused damage in my neighbors garage. There was no urgency & they were waiting on the HOA to repair the damage even though it was not the HOA’s responsibility. When I would call I was met with rude receptionists.i spoke to Dominic, who was able to get someone out to open & ventilate the area but I should not have had to ask for someone higher then the receptionists in order for a resolution. Dominic was advised how awful their front desk is and as of today, they are still the same. As an insurance adjuster myself, the way they have handle this situation was unprofessional. They are a company who has the money to do the repair & then find where the liability is to then forward that cost of the bill for reimbursement to the insurance company. They charge a large $55 A DAY late rental fee & do not care about the circumstances of the tenants. Though I always pay on time, I did have an emergency situation once. But when they are delaying issues, there is no reimbursement to the owner or the tenant on their behalf. Today I called regarding a fee for my mailbox that they expect immediately when my rent is due. I informed them I would need to pay this in 2 weeks as I was just billed for this extra charge. The receptionists were completely rude, again, with no understanding. I was advised to “sumbit a ticket thru the portal for a request”. I shouldn’t have to do that! They are too lazy to make a ticket themself when I am calling! had to drive to drop off my rent since you can only pay what is due on the portal. Since I am paying the mailbox fee next pay period, the online portal won’t allow me to omit the $65 fee that I was just billed. I will not be renewing my lease because of this company and this is a disservice to the owner as I am a VERY clean, ethical and responsible tenant. As an owner, I would ask that you ask them how they treat their tenants. I will let everyone know not to rent through this company and why. The owner deserves to know how awful this company is. From my neighbors, my owner is very nice and would be shocked to know how I have been treated. This was a temporary rental for me as I moved here out of state & getting familiar with the areas to purchase my new home. I could have stayed another year in this but after how rude this company is, I will not be renewing. Additionally, the repair people that work with this company have all said the same thing about how rude this company is. Good for thought. Take it or leave it."
