"This apartment complex is amazing. I moved here 3 years ago and this place was a dump. New management took over and wow. This is a place that you can call home. Staff is so nice and very easy to talk to. All amenities are now available that were never here before. We now have new grills and tables so families can cook outside and enjoy the weather. New paint cool modern colors and new screens to go with the new paint. New rules to keep the apartments nice. New electrical, new carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. We now have 24 hr maintenance for emergencies. Security at night to keep us safe. This place is the best for the perfect price."

"Bad customer service.the lady argued with her maintenance employee in front of us. Didn't get tended to for about 5 to 7 mins. Tried explaining to the lady about my last eviction she then preceded to tell me she didn't care. Haha very rude. Would not recommend talking to her maybe another person."

"I moved in a month ago and I love it here!! The renovations and the upgrades are amazing. I LOVE my granite counter tops!!! Diana has and is a godsend. She is bubbly with a beautiful personality. I don't know how these were run with the old management company. But these are amazing. The neighbors are amazing too, super friendly and helpful."

"I Love this apartment complex!! Especially Diana the apt manager!! She is what makes it! She is so super sweet and very approachable. She has transformed this place from a dump to a very beautiful, liveable and safe place!! Yes!.. was it gross and unlivable yes! Now the with the new up grades and the normal rules that apply across the board with most real apartments ran the right way. I want to stay forever!! Diana is the best if I could give her a 10 Star review I would but google will only allow 5 stars!! This place is liveable and loveable!! Thank you for finally making this place somewhere everyone would want to live!! Shelton Properties took over and made the moves to have her (Diana) and staff put everything that needed to be up to code and safe!! I have been here 3 years and will be forever with all the new up grades who would want to move? The price is right!!...... Thanks to all the staff and project managers and interior designers, this place is awesome!!! Who ever wrote that this place is a racist non hispanic place is way out of line not true!! Diana is Hispanic!! Shame on people that are not truthful this place is mostly hispanic and mixed with white, black, and every race you can think of!! Sincerely Dinah"

"Very nosy neighbors also managers and maintenance aren't much help. This place is very loud during the day and also sometimes at night. Kids around here also often do drugs and aren't a good role model for younger kids here. I would definitely recommend not living here find somewhere better to live"
