"I like this place. It’s not too big, but small it’s quite, but the only thing about these apartments is some of them are outdated! The way Some parts of the apartment are built is very cheap! You can tell some of the cabinets are poorly painted. I don’t really issue on that but it just makes it little ghetto lol the big issue is when it rains there is a huge leakages! I know it doesn’t rain in Arizona a lot, but this is against apt. Emergency maintenance. You can’t see it in the picture but there is plugs in that side of the wall and I work from home that’s very dangerous! Electricity and water don’t go together lol I’m not writing this to bash the office manager or the maintenance people they are great, and very nice they are always there to fix your problem, but this is the higher up management issue!"
