"This place was terrible when I lived here from 2012-2014. Nosey neighbors, creepy condo "owners" who would watch over the pool all hours of the day and night and complain about everything. A Maitnence man propositioning me multiple times to take me on a date, even though I was 25 years younger than the dude. Erica was a nightmare. Several new managements within a short timeframe. This place was terrible."
"My experience of owning here at Aderra has been disappointing to say the least. There is a mixture of people who own and rent in the complex. Originally the construction of the various buildings were contracted to the builder with the lowest bid and were only available for rent, which goes to show the the amount of care and quality of construction (very poor). Given this level of attention and care that went into building, it's as if they made the complex for hamsters, seriously. The staff and HOA is very unhelpful and don't care at all about your issue. Dana is the supposed to be the person managing the complex and helping tenants and owners with their issues but could careless. Never greets or says hi when you come by her office. She always seems to have an attitude and does not care at all. My honest recommendation is to look elsewhere for living whether you are looking to rent or buy."
"These condominiums are very beautiful and well laid out. They are in a location that is very green and lush; the grounds are well kept up and clean. They have BBQs spread out on the property and have specifical locations for dogs which is good if you do not want animals around your cooking area. The pool is fantastic; fairly large and has a good depth. The palm trees and decorations around the pool are lit up giving it a pleasureable atmosphere."
"This is a lovely resort type community in a perfect location in Paradise Valley. 15-20 minutes from the airport, shopping and restaurants within a five minute drive, or 10-15 minute walk. Beautiful heated resort type pool, and hot tub. Facility also includes a great little gym in a perfect location overlooking the pool. You will not be disappointed if you choose this very desirable location, I highly recommend."
"Wonderful place to live, very close to nearby bars/restaurants and shopping, thus provides excellent location. However, the apartments are rather noisy due to poor noise insulation, which is of course, something not everyone will find distracting. There is no 24/7 security, dogs are not permitted on all areas (With strict fines), HOA is extremely expensive (as told to me by owners), and several other issues. What is more compelling, however, is the service provided by the leasing office. My experience may differ from others, since I had rented, and thus homeowners may have a different point of view. However, I experienced extreme difficulty in almost every aspect of dealing with the leasing office. My first month of living there, my car was parked outside and was towed away. When I inquired as to why, apparently they hadn't noticed the parking sticker on my dashboard, and it must always be hanging on the rear view mirror. A terrible flaw but nonetheless I continued to live there for two more years, mainly due to a busy work schedule that didn't allow time for house hunting. When I did finally move, the process was unimaginably difficult. The leasing office provided no leeway in the 60-day move out notice (which I had never had an issue with at other apartment complexes), added several unnecessary fees/charges and came up with a final amount. In an effort to simply rid myself of this issue, I was ready to pay it. However, a final email came through with another absurd amount of money, far more than the original plan. Again, additional charges, month-to month variability was added (which does not make sense, as I had moved out with a 60 day notice within my original lease). All things considered, it may be a great place to live if one owns a condominium there and doesn't have to deal with the leasing office, but for all its great qualities like location, style, etc, this particular hassle makes it simply not worthwhile."
