"Lived here for 2 years starting in January '22. The office staff Susie, Gabby, and Lauren were always kind and communicative. Compared with other apartments I've lived in, I found the move in and move out process to be easy. The apartment I had was nice. Any maintenance issues were quickly taken care of by the staff. Maintenance guys were always polite and did good work. The community is nice, I enjoyed sitting and the pool and chatting with others living here. Never had any issues with noise or other nuisance. It's convenient living close to Costco, the park, a yoga studio, and other amenities. Overall this was a 5 star experience and were I not purchasing a home I would be happy to continue living here."

"I stopped by Stonebridge apartments today to check out the property and see the different types of apartments they offer. I was greeted at the front office by Susie who’s the property manager. Wow! She was such a friendly likable person. She gave me a great tour of the entire property and then showed me 2 different units which were very nice, updated, and spacious. I haven’t made up my mind what part of the valley I want to live in yet but I have to tell you that Susie has to be one of the nicest managers I’ve met while checking out different apartments throughout the valley. She’s a GREAT first impression for the Stonebridge apartment community. She’s so understanding and she makes sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. Stonebridge, you are lucky to have someone like Susie in your office. She’s such an uplifting and genuinely nice person with a warm personality. I was really impressed and if I decide to live in the north Phoenix area I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great tour Susie!"

"Great, Clean, place to live! Lauren Cadwell, Susie, Gabby, and the rest of the front of office team are an absolute pleasure and do a great job at making you feel at home. Also want to shout out the maintenance crew, they are very prompt and swift when you put a request in and always very very nice, and professional. Stonebridge apartments was my home for 2 years. The property is very clean and inside the apartment home I never saw one bug. I highly recommend Stonebridge Apartments."

"Stonebridge is now the best apartment community in the area. Helpful management staff at front office. Also Excellent maintenance staff: Very quick to attend work orders(same day or next day) and do quality work.If needed,they replace the appliance with new. Very satisfied with the way maintenance is so prompt(this is rare now a days) Gated,so you feel safe. Location very near to retail shops like Walmart, target,dollar tree, 99c store, frys, sprouts etc. Walkable to Costco. Sweetwater park is just near for enjoying a calm walk among nature. If your child studies in Basis or GreatHearts school, it's just 2 miles to make your everyday pickup and drop easier. Even public school bus comes to the gate, so life is easy. No hidden charges on top of rent+utility. Inside is kept clean. Smart homes with smart lock(you can open door or even main gate using mobile app, or just key in on pad installed on door, if you forgot the key)"
