"Martina could care less if you live or die. Rat and roach infested property. Zero activities for the senior community that resides there. The tenants are the one's that coordinate get together's for holidays and such. Management doesn't do a thing. There's ONE maintenance man and he's amazing but can't keep up with the demands. Please do not move here, Martina is the Devil in disguise. No joke. My response to their comment: You don't think me and hundreds of other people have? When management is the problem, where do you go? Martina is notorious for retaliation which is why you don't see a ton of negative reviews. They're scared to death to get kicked out."
