"It has only been a month and I can see the difference in the property. The laundry room was disgusting and now it sparkles. I needed my refrigerator replaced and that was done in a timely fashion. The maintenance man Albert did a great job. The office help Claudia and Angie, have helped set up my payments for my rent every month. So far I am very happy!!!"

"I am just really disappointed in the new owners of this property ( not the ladies in the office). The massive increase of rent is so very bad. The drawers in the kitchen and bathroom are so old they fall apart constantly. Dishwasher has not worked in months. Both pools have been down since January. This is not a joke. Its just disappointing. I would have liked to have seen with the $400 a month increase in rent, on each apartment, that the owners would actually fix and take care of their responsibilities, Seems that is not the case, at all :("

"I have lived here for 3 years and was originally excited about a new company purchasing the buildings but it's been a nightmare since. They're installing new washers and dryers to new residents and refuse to let current residents pay a little more for the same. However, they don't upkeep the community laundry room so we share the machines with the homeless people who sneak in at night because they also don't lock the doors. They decided to build a grill near the children's play area and it has been going on a month now. The children can't play because it's a Giant construction sight. I pay almost 1200 in rent and they won't even answer your phone calls. Look elsewhere."
