Citrine Apartments

"A Citrine resident and I won a golf tournament and wanted nothing more than to enjoy the hot tub amenities after. Unfortunately those amenities were not maintained and are still out of service today."

"Not bad, but the pool and hot tub are absolutely filthy. I was disgusted by the sight of its condition. This has been mentioned to office staff and an ongoing problem for months."

"I lived here for almost 2 years, and overall, it was a good experience. The complex offers amazing amenities, with the two pools being particularly nice, and the location is also excellent. The pricing is very fair for what you get. However, we encountered some problems since the moving date. When we arrived to move in, the key they gave us wasn't for the apartment we had rented. This was frustrating because we had made sure to ask the employee who gave us a tour if the layout of the apartment would be the same. After that, we had to redo the contract, which was fine, but then they lost our contract twice. So essentially, I had to fill out and sign the contract a total of four times. The employee Lin was mostly very rude and cold. Although she would sometimes try to be nice, I could feel that it was insincere. Every time I had to talk to her to ask something or fix an issue, it felt like a struggle. On occasions, she would tell us information and later deny saying that, which was very annoying. The trash cans also posed a problem because they weren't cleaned very often, resulting in a strong smell at times. People would often park in my assigned parking spot, and the only option provided was to leave a message for the person. Consequently, I frequently had to park outside because someone else was using my spot. Additionally, there is a $15 monthly charge for a package delivery fee from a company they have a partnership with. I have never utilized these services and was never given the option to opt out of paying this fee. Other than that, the other employees were nice, and we enjoyed living here."

"The Amenities & People are very nice here although there have been a multitude of problems. First floor neighbors in the community park side of the building have re-occurring rat issues for the last year. Management has still not fixed the problem. Multiple car thefts and 1 apartment that I know of had a break in (management refused to change their locks afterwards) Bikes get stolen out of parking garage as well. Management is absolutely awful. There was a problem with billing, and they were charging me utilities on 2 apartment units while only living in one. The one I didn't know about sent to collections. I received no notice from collections, and they completely messed up my credit score by 150pts. Management eventually fixed it weeks later, but it was collections fault no theirs. No responsibility for anything. I also had problems with my fire alarm going off at 2am. There is an afterhours security line, but that issue was not covered under the night shift responsibility. So I had to leave my apartment for that evening. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"My husband and I have loved living at citrine! The staff is friendly, the grounds are clean and well maintained, and they host events for the residents frequently. Maintenance is always very quick to repair as well!"
