"I would never recommend any of their properties to anyone- they consistently have the worst staff, who never help with anything. The maintenance guy is the only helpful member of their staff who you can get ahold of, and is professional. They never answer their phones and never return calls, and even going into their office never helps- usually they are not there or just say they can’t help and we have to wait for someone else to call us. Today they wouldn’t give us a reason as to why they would not help us during their posted business hours after over charging us for rent, and the woman’s only reason she finally gave us before saying she would no longer talk to us, was that she had to finish reports and we would just have to wait until the 5 th for assistance- days after they will start charging us late fees for not paying. We followed the rules to break our lease back in July, paid the fees, and now not only would she not help us with being incorrectly charged past the date we agreed to move out, but she said they would only be able to help “if they can actually find the paperwork and if we actually turned it in”, alluding to us lying, and them not keeping proper records, although we gave a 60 day notice and a nearly $800 payment to just break the lease. Unacceptable and rude, apartments are never updated, regularly do not have trash come pick up dumpsters or take care of dog waste. Do not move in here."
"Bad experience overall. The worst thing that happened so far is they lost the rent payment in January & tried to double charge me despite me having a receipt. A copy of my receipt with a lawyer’s letter resolved that. The front office staff is horrible and the maintenance is lazy. There’s a lot of turnover of the office manager due to horrible management. The place itself is bare concrete floors with unfinished wood on the ceiling. Walls are thin and you can hear cars passing by throughout the day and night because the windows aren’t soundproofed. People don’t clean after themselves. There’s been pet waste not cleaned up to the point where residents were confronting each other because management didn’t do anything, also there was discarded food left on the grounds for about a month due to inconsiderate residents and lazy groundskeepers. There is a heavy marijuana smell throughout the complex, if your neighbor smokes then your whole apartment will smell like it due to the thin walls. The location is the only positive thing about this place, but overall not worth the stay."
"My apartment is consistently filled with the smell of weed multiple times a day from my neighbor. It is causing me headaches and discomfort. I have notified management and have not received any response. Checking public records, it appears that the mortgage is a federally backed mortgage which requires management and landlord to enforce local and federal laws as part of the agreement. I advise that they take care of this problem immediately as judging by the comments I am not the only one unable to escape the negative side affects of secondhand smoke. Update: I have contacted management 3 times and have not heard anything back. 12/28/22 Update: In response to management, I realize your response is not sincerely to me and instead to the prospective future tenants reading through these reviews to appear professional and as if you care. Instead of playing social games I’ll just address the prospective future tenants directly: To any prospective tenants reading this, despite managements response, I have visited the office to make them aware of this. The office lady has, prior to my initial review responded to my emails. She responded to 4 unanswered e-mails with a one sentence response. She did not express any empathy or concern for my living condition in the emails or when I visited her in the office. She did not apologize for the delayed response and tried to shush me because future tenants were in the office at the moment. They are supposedly “waiting to hear back from their lawyer.” And mentioned something about the lawyer needing to write them a notice to give the neighbor of some sort. Her explanation was very vague and contained no statements of definite actions or reassurance that the problem was being taken care of much less viewed as valid or important. Nothing yet has been done about the situation which makes my living environment extremely challenging. The only thing keeping me sane is my ability to be outside right now & use my hotspot to do work in the common areas. Come summer I will be trapped inside without even being able to open a window. Think very long and hard before signing a lease here."
"The community is finally getting better with such a hands-on property manager, Stacya! We’ve been here the last year but never really saw care in the complex until she came, we have new plants, new paint in the parking area, new locks for common area! She’s great we love her!!"
