"I've been here for a year now and I will absolutely be renewing my lease. The newer management and the leasing team have made all the difference since they came. The property is always very clean. No trash, no foul odors which is huge for me with my sensitive nose! There are always people enjoying the pool area or just laying out, we have great lounge chairs and cabanas. The gym is amazing, has tons of machines and never too crowded at any time of day really. Maintenance is wonderful, requests are taken care of in a timely fashion. Lastly, the PB team is awesome! We just had a blast at the St. Paddy's party they had for us and they all participated and it put the cherry on top for me! They are friendly and part of the community so they too care about this place and want it to be enjoyable and it shows. Thanks Team we appreciate your hard work and efforts."

"In my time I've lived here, I have had especially great service from the maintenance team in their response time, ability to solve whatever issue there is, and willingness to look at other things I have questions with. Specifically Jeremiah came to my apartment and was able to help me with a door handle and then looked at our AC unit as it started acting up the night before. He was able to have it fully functional and fixed within the next two hours. Very impressed!"

"I do not recommend moving here. This place is terribly mismanaged and the staff that works here, mostly the people in the leasing office, are either rude, unfriendly, or unhelpful. They're not interested in retaining their tenants and would sooner burn bridges with their customers. My initial complaint with this place was with the building's design. There are some units that are right in front of the garage doors and you hear them slam constantly which WILL wake you in the middle of the night and when I brought this up with the management, they literally told me they weren't going to bother helping me or looking into fixing the arms of the doors that are meant to slow them down so that they don't slam hard and wake the neighbors (in this case, me). Then when I applied to swap units to another that is suitable for me as I work from home and cannot be in front of a garage door that is slammed constantly, they cancelled my application and told me that I would not be allowed to renew or swapping units. I'm left feeling like my money and my business is inadequate for this overpriced dump. I'm going to save potential residents the headaches, sleepless nights, and frustrations by letting you know that if you move here you'll be in for a world of nightmares. There are also continued issues with dog poop being found all over the property, which is gross. This place is marketed as "Luxury" but I'm not getting luxury level services and treatment and is not worth the high prices they're asking for."

"I’ve lived here almost 3 years and have never felt more safe. The front office is kind courteous and effective. This review is more so for maintenance. Jeremiah and Gabriel are AMAZING! Very thorough and sincerely care about any issues that may arise which in the last 3 years there have only been a few minor issues. Thank you for adding these two men to your team you’ve added such great value to this property."

"Location is great. My complaints fall with the poorly trained or incapable maintenance staff and lack of communication from the leasing office. I’ve had a broken microwave, 2 leaks in my ceiling, a bathtub issue, and a broken washing machine. Beyond frustrating having so many issues given how expensive it is and the short time frame in which I’ve lived here. I’ve seen dog waste in the stairwells and hallways, random trash, and sometimes some of the hallways smell like weed. The building is really nice and the pool is well kept. My overall review is very negative given my exchanges with the leasing office and the lack of diligence when it comes to my issues."
