"Complex blames any issues on residents they don't like. Make you pay for landscaping but never actually do any cleaning or typical landscaping duties. I've been paying my rent, but I've been getting charged late fees, and no one fixes any issues until I threatened legal action. Office is willing to lie and deceive its tenants into switching into higher cost leases, and there is discrimination against people coming from the office. I have so many other complaints to make about this place and the safety and issues the office creates for the residents here, but I currently live here, so I have to be careful so they don't try to evict me."

"There were so many things I loved about this place and many things I disliked as well. Super clean apartments, no bugs, generally quiet neighborhood, good place for a family (lots of kids around) the grounds are well kept and maintenance is nice and quick to respond. They also have recycling which is nice. I have a baby, and there is a nice, quiet neighborhood loop to walk around with her. I also enjoyed Indian school road park just a couple minutes away. On the downside: The new apartments are made very poorly, the angles are crooked, the paint washed off with water and the floor boards come up easily. The management has gone through three managers in the 6 months I was there, which was kinda weird. I love that the units have washers and dryers, as well as a dishwasher and micro wave, however all those appliances are definitely the cheapest and WORST I have ever used. Super weak, I’d wash my clothes and dishes and they’d come out still dirty. Parking was fine after they sorted out the spot issue, but with the previous managers they kept giving multiple people the same spot and it was really frustrating. People tend to not pick up dog poop, and the neighboring apartment complex has a few people that seem to have drug addictions or mental illness and tend to scream throughout the day and night. That issue has calmed down a bit, though. Overall this was a nice place to stay but definitely wasn’t a home I wanted to stay at long term."

"Hello Everyone: If you are looking for a Apartment where the Staff really care about their residents and listen to your needs then Urban Park is the place to check out. They fully remodeled the complex and the property manager and the maintenance staff do everything in their power to make living here the best you can ask for. They have even made things good for your pets! They keep the complex clean and they spare no expense on the landscaping around the complex. I should know since I have lived here since the management group took over and Wow what a wonderful change. Everyone should come check these Apartments out! The rates are good and the area is picking up fast for families and for businesses and you should hurry while there are still apartments available. Jack"

"Urban Park is awesome! The location is extremely convenient. The leasing team has been absolutely amazing and friendly. They have gone above and beyond in every way possible. The units are perfect for me. I love that every unit has a washer and dryer in them and I love having all new stainless steal appliances. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is brand new. And my puppy loves their dog park. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Thank you Urban Park!"
