"I should of learned from the first time but this is my second time making a MISTAKE of staying with Maxx Properties. Maxx Properties and their management are always making MORONIC CHANGES and wanting MORE MONEY FROM YOU which makes their tenants upset then wonder why their reviews and stars are so negative. First time they stole my safety deposit money now this time, they towed my car which I pay a monthly 20 dollars parking fee. They recently changed towing companies and decided to implement “no backing in” to parking spaces for no reason. This MORONIC CHANGE caused people to get towed, including myself and charged about 160 plus dollars. That rule is not in my lease that I signed for. This is an unnecessary rule that just causes people unnecessary time, money and headaches. And another point that I know they want more money, is that they raised their water dispenser machine from 25 cents to 50 cents. Couldn’t they just raise it to 35 cents like almost any other stores?"

"I’ve been at this complex for almost two years and I have had a great experience. The office staff is extremely attentive and is extremely helpful. I received so much advice and help when coming here from out of state that my move was easy. The maintenance responds quickly to any concerns and I’ve never had any issue with communication. Everything is completed in a timely manner. The grounds are kept cleans and there’s many pet clean up stations around the property. You can always find staff walking the grounds as well. I’ve never experienced an issue with bugs or any sort either. The laundry facilities are now locked and can only be accessed through an app that only residents have access too I do have to say it’s been a great update. The complex also had vending machines that have a water dispenser so you don’t have to leave home to fill up your jugs. Overall I’ve had a great experience here and if you’re looking for a new home to start out at this is a great place with great staff."

"We just signed our 10th year lease and have been very happy living here. The office and staff respond quickly to any problem we've ever had. The workout room is new and the pool and jacuzzi have just been reopened. We are gated and safe here and walk our dog everyday. This is a nice place to live and people here stay pretty much to themselves and say hi whenever you see them. The extra money you spend here is worth it."
