"Mold in the pool, Shootings, dogs off leashes, stabbings, dog bites, your dog attacked, Amazon thieves, Vendors little boy calling you racial slurs, stalking, gang violence, waiting months for maintenance request, sexual harassment, witnessing domestic violence, laundry tampering, filthy complex, unattended minors that don't live here inciting violence, harassment and disturbance for years . People having intercourse in the pool and paying extra fees for amenities that are out of order on average for 6 months. ..... Are all the things I witnessed living here. FYI they claim they can't do anything about crime on the property..Call the police. The Phoenix Police department says it's unlawful for them not to do anything about crime on the property regarding harassment and illegal activities. Everything I said is true and I have receipts. Be safe and smart. Record and email and keep all your paperwork for your own protection."

"You won't get use of any of the amenities that the apartment complex charges you for. From the broken gated community we pay for, to the crackheads in the laundry room or their daycare of a swimming pool, even the grills are broken. My rent for a one bedroom is $1500, the carpet and window blinds were old when I moved in also."

"Claims gated community: Gates don’t work. Haven’t worked since my girlfriend moved in. Took over a week to come check out and fix a leak in the kitchen sink. So a week without usable kitchen sink. No hot water for showers. Claims they have been attempting to work on water heaters and has now been rescheduled twice. Was first 1/12 then 1/17, and now claim to be worked on this Friday. Surrrre. Basically, they do not provide all the amenities they claim to offer in the lease and charge you for in the rent."

"Moved in two weeks ago. The office personnel help make moving in easy with the credit check and down payment options. The Apartment’s atmosphere has been pleasant. Neighbors seem to have accepted me there as well, while I am in the minority, every one that I’ve spoken with has been friendly and helpful. We will see how the next few months go, but as of now I give my decision to move in a positive step in the right direction."
