"My partner and I loved the complex when we first moved in. Unfortunately, my Wrongfully stolen (2x); when it was already paid. There have been many frustrations and stressor, and some nosey neighbor, leaving me puzzled and confused… heartbroken. Now a decision needs made to either stay or go. Too many hands in the cookie jar, my Money bag and safe broken into."

"Complex is “Pet Friendly” but a definite eye sore for the community. Dog poop is every few feet along 16th Street. Either the people that live here, or property management needs to do a better job cleaning up!"

Maintenance is always responsive as the property manger Kim is great…she’s nice, understandable, & very informative on any new information with tenants."

"From the time I walked into the office door to the time of our move-in date and in the two weeks we’ve lived here, it has been splendid. Let’s begin with the Property Manager, Kim. She is friendly, welcoming, professional and very personable. I asked two women I passed when I first came to the property if they liked living here. They were effusive in their praise of Kim. They also said the maintenance guys came quickly and fixed issue’s correctly. Not a bad first impression! Upon meeting her, I couldn’t agree more. In short, Kim is a kind person. Her warm enthusiasm and promptness in handling the application process assured me that we were in the right place. We had been apartment shopping for months and couldn’t believe our good fortune in finding Fringe Mountain View. We were given five days to complete the Move In Checklist. There were only a few minor issues which the Maintenance Team completed within a few days. I adore my area of the property, it is quiet and our apartment feels like a house. The patio is huge! When I toured and saw the size, I was hooked! We are pleased to be here. Our thanks to Kim for an altogether pleasant reception and smooth move-in. She is a top-shelf property manager. We are blessed."

"This property is so peaceful and I have had no issues. Even if I did Kim and maintenance are on it. I moved here in March of this year and every since I enjoyed it here. It's affordable, spacious, the renovation they did is amazing (kudos to Madhern the property management company), I rather stay here instead of buying a house at this point. It's crazy to think I didn't want to live in Phoenix until I found this place. Kim is such a sweet person and she stays on top of things. Maintenance is always in agreat mood and smiling. The outside stays clean as well. Best area too. Not far from the Biltmore area which is even better. Everything you need is literally around here."
