"Just moved here. This is my first time renting. The leasing team Conner, Vanessa, Samantha, and Bethany are awesome. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. All the staff I have seen around the complex are super friendly. Can't beat the amenities gated community, gated parking garage, a security system, in unit washer dryer. Pretty clean community. I'm glad I found this place at an affordable price. Had to call maintenance shortly after moving in. Angela was great super friendly, responded within couple hours after I made the request and took care of the issue. I'll write another review after a few months. So far it is great a place."

"This place is okay to stay but stress comes with it too. Dishwasher has rusty racks we asked for replacements instead they gave us spray paint and we had to wait like 2 months for a working microwave. Aside they are pretty accommodating on services. What irks me is the trash and security. The residents here do not respect the trash chute and when it gets full there is just a mess of trash on each floor. The security is absolutely terrible. It’s a parking garage in between all the buildings yet still I have seen 4 separate cars not including my own that have had bashed in windows and been stolen from. They have a security service that does nothing but lock the pool. That’s literally it. He locks the pool gates with padlocks and then sits in the company car for a bit and takes off. The apartment needs to hire a stationary security service not a mobile service seeing cars being broken into is not something I want to worry about when I’ve been provided a gate code for security!!"
