We are actually looking to upgrade to a two bedroom and stay at the complex for a long time because of Jon and the crew here. I would recommend this complex to anyone."

"I have nothing but great things to say about John the Property Manager, Rob the Maintenance Manager and the maintenance assistant. John is responsive to any questions or concerns. I have had my maintenance requests managed in a timely manner. Rob is hard working and does his best to help everyone at all times. It is a small community and your neighbors are nice. Other than the community laundry room that needs constant cleaning due to the amount of people that use it and old machines.. I can say 100% this place and the employees are awesome."

"So happy to be a resident at Desert Springs apartments! I moved to Phoenix one year ago, and finding this apartment complex was just what I was looking for. John in the leasing office was then, and is always so helpful. He is kind, courteous and professional. The complex is perfectly located in town with convenient shopping and access to the major roadways. The grounds are well landscaped and clean. The pool and laundry room are easily located within the complex and well maintained. Rob and Tony are always hard at work, and quick to respond to any maintenance needs.They are always professional and respectful . While the online portal for residents is very easy to use ,and certainly makes payments and communication effortless, John the office , and Rob in maintenance ,are always available to answer a quick question or address a concern. The complex is clean, pleasant, quiet and gated at night, all of which make for a happy experience living here. I just resigned my lease and am happy to continue to call Desert Springs Apartments my home!"
