"Maintenance seems non existent. Cabinets that fell off the way months ago, toilets that don't work for months, are still sitting on counter bc they refuse to fix. Grounds are always littered with trash n dog fecies. Overall disappointing really."
"The place is truly a gift from GOD. Having said that,I've been here two years and seen the UMOM team here at Parsons Village replaced twice,it's once again time for change. There's too much going on and it's not GOOD."
"I've stayed here with my mom 6 months ago. We were one of the first people to move in the unit when they first opened up for renovations 4 years ago. When we first move in there it was so peaceful and nice looking. After a while they started to move more people in and there kids just could not appreciate they nice things we had that they started to wear and tear the apartments down by breaking the lights, the basketball court, the picnic tables, and even set the trash can on fire. The apartments management team hasn't contacted those families about the behavior of the kids to even try to resolve the issues those kids have started. Those Kids are bullies, always picking on new kids. They dont really care about the families as they say they do my opinion"
"Terribly managed apartment dont get me started! Multiple issues with rent... Saying i owe money even when i dont! The filth all around the complex. kids run around cursing and throwing garbage around, needless to say there are throngs of children of all ages without parental supervision. Ive called the office for 2 straight days with no dang reply. Already singed my lease I severely regret this decision. Oh yeah says that this is a pet free apartment hahaha nope every one here has a dog and no one cleans up after them there is feces on every part of the property oh the beautiful patk that the aprtment has is just a glorified dog park poop everywhere!"
