"No pantry? :( Also instead of watching cars/parking spots like a hawk, maybe expand the parking options? Too many cars getting towed either for no reason or for unknowingly parking in the wrong spot for like 2 minutes. Other than that, it's fine."

"While visiting a tenant, I was parked in the "Future Resident Parking" spot in front of the office while it was closed at night. I come outside and my vehicle is gone. Apparently it was towed. Despite the parking spot I was parked in having no such signs indicating you have to have a parking permit, my vehicle was towed. So buyer beware, apparently your vehicle can get towed if you park in this spot even if you're looking to lease an apartment because you don't have a parking permit"

"The old management was great. Now they’re white washing the complex, tearing up the real grass and planting cacti all over. Not to mention they started having a tow company patrol the complex. I’m going to attach photos to show a storage pod, fill dirt and a portable potty taking up numerous spots leaving residents to park in the handicap spots only to have their car towed. My boyfriend has lived here for 2 years and there’s never been a handicap resident and we’ve never had an issue when parking in that spot. Well last night I got towed within 4 hours of being there and now I had to call out of work. It’s funny how the complex will hire a tow company when they aren’t provided adequate parking. They say park over in the Safeway parking lot but you will only be towed there."
