"I have lived here over 19 years good and very bad,so many owners and managers with no improvements things only got worse,now thank God we have owners who care now."

"Management is incompetent, apts have roaches and bed bugs, the swimming pool is dirty with mold mainly used by homeless in the area who always stop by for a swim. Assigned parking space for tenants are 99.9% occupied by permanent visitors who live here and are not on lease. No manager on site only shows up to pick up rent and vanishes away. Most tenants have 4 or 5 cars per apt with only one or two parkngs assigned. Don't rent here management is inefficiently and incompetent to manage apartments."

"ATTN HATCHER APTS The reason I gave this star is because I couldn't give a 0 star the apartments and rent r good but management and maintenance are horrible the don't speak clear English and NEVER ANSWER the phone my apartment was flooding the water was coming out of the kitchen sink I was throwing buckets off water every 5 minutes due to a back up clog in the pipes Saturday at 3 pm and they didn't come to fix the problem till Sunday at 11am it's an ongoing situation that they take FOREVER to fix stuff and manager don't call back she rejects it call and says please text and she takes days to answer back we need a dedicated manager"

"I can say this place is cheap and yes if there is anything wrong with your apartment you have to do a work order and you will be taken care of. The manager she jumps on things and gets it done. I lover her she is awesome and will try to help people as much as she can. The maintenance is great here too you will always have a fixed problem if any. I lives here for 3 years now and I'm not planning on going anywhere. My family is comfortable here and the neighbors are nice. I give this place a 5 Star."
