"Since I have moved here in March of 2021 it just gets worse every year! My AC has been out since Thursday. It has been 100 degrees all weekend. I have small children. I mind my business and don’t talk to anyone here but for some reason the office always has something to nitpick about. But when there is a situation like this the office and maintenance is nowhere to be found even though it says online onsite maintenance."

"Ever since the apartment has been under new management, they have done nothing to justify since they started charging for garbage, parking permits, which literally have no benefit of an assigned parking, or covered parking, or at least have an electronically closed gate to keep the cops and strangers out of the complex, each single utility and lastly the insane rent increase nothing but for a greedy profit. If I were you go look somewhere else unless you don’t mind paying the fees they made up and cops snooping around your vehicles. Wish you luck. Update: be aware of the items that you put out on the front patio, especially late at night because thieves have been coming late at night stealing items on the front patio"

"Scam my family members passed away they had services today, my family paid a portion. I called in advance to ask for death certificate and receipt. But after the service was given no death certificate, and no receipt..I believe it's fraud going on and they need to be investigated and closed down and forced to pay fine if this matter is not correct I will have to contact the BBB and the attorney General office for unethical practices.. I will give them a O rating for thinking everyone is stupid."

"These are the worst apartments you can move too. Leasing staff extremely unprofessional the lady in the office was suppose to give me a parking ticket (which I pay for ) and failed to do so so now I wake up to my car being towed and I pay for parking .it’s been less than a month since I moved here and I deeply regret it and will be moving asap don’t waste your time all the reviews are valid."

"7 Months living in this apartment complex and is problem after problem. The high light of it is the management of course. The neighbor is blasting his music day and night, if you call the police they'll tell you to go to your office manager, if you go to the office they don't do absolutely anything. And that is if they answer you which they never do. Roaches no matter how much you clean. A month after I move they put the rent up over $400 . Is a nightmare. Barely can sleep and nobody will do anything. Can't wait till my lease is over"
