Metro PHX Apartments

"Disgusting. Highly do not recommend. The pictures they posted does not represent this place at all. There were two cockroaches in just one night of staying there. The entire building and room spells gross. The front counter lady we dealt with was rude. No good customer service. She gave us and others the wrong codes, so we couldn't get into the building. They were doing construction in the hallways when we arrived and started doing construction at 8 in the morning. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but we left the first thing in the morning because of how disgusting it was. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"We were really disappointed with this place. The price was good and it seemed like it would be great, based on photos. But the inside needs a lot of attention. When we first arrived, we wanted to check in 1 hour early and they wanted to charge $50 so we waited. Then when we came back, they couldn’t find my reservation and we stood waiting for about 45 min. Our room didn’t have AC and it was 85 degrees. The closet door was broken, no soap, and no rack to hang the towels on. But also no towels. They did put us in another room after we complained, and the guy at the front desk really went out of his way to make things better (I think his name was David? He was great). Our second room did have working AC and shower soap, but no TV, no dish soap, etc. Then on the last day we were there, we got locked out of our building and couldn’t even get in our room. So we had to have front desk come let us in. Overall, it wasn’t the absolute worst place I’ve ever been but there were a ton of small disappointments that added up, and I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it. It looks a lot nicer online than it actually is. The outside looks goof but they need to maintain the inside a lot better, and be sure to bring all your own dishes if you plan to eat there."

"Apartment style hotel. VERY ROUGH SHAPE. Damaged furniture and cabinets. Stained couch. Stains on pillowcases. Cigarette burn on bedding. Bathroom light was very dim and the porcelain on the bathtub was chipped. Lost cable on the last day I stayed and it didn’t turn back on. Stale cigarette smell in the apartment the whole stay. Cockroaches on the property. Garbage sitting outside of doors for days on end. Noticeable drug use and noticeable people on drugs. Sketchy part of the city. This is a place that I would choose to book if I wanted to party with drugs and alcohol but didn’t want to ruin my own home."

"easy check in process, Right as walking in everything was clean looks just as pictures show on booking websites. Beautiful closed in pool with a grill and lounge area right next to it with a basketball court. Front office staff were very helpful with extending my room for another day."
