"Never rent from Chamberlain & Associates. We live in one of their properties in NM going on 2 years and they're the worst management company we've ever dealt with in the 3 states we've lived. They raised rent 30% in a year, nickel and diming for every little thing. Refuse to hire real security despite mail theft and car theft. Now they've sold our complex to a new company but won't tell current office staff who it is so residents can be informed and prepared. Seriously, avoid them like the plague."
