"Living right above this property there are always loud noises coming from the pool area late at night. There management must not have any noise ordinances or rules for their tenant which affects everyone in the area. Dear property manager, please remind your tenants that 3:30 in the AM is not the time to go skinny dipping."

"I loved my three years at Proxy! It's in the perfect location to really enjoy everything that Downtown Phoenix & the Roosevelt Row neighborhood have to offer. The studio was perfect when I was single and always on the go, and the 1 bedroom + den transition was perfect for having a puppy and a work-from-home space. My friends and I have so many great memories at the pool + entertainment area, having birthday barbeques and watching football games. Tim and Darrell, the cleaning staff, and the maintenance staff were the best - I couldn't have asked for a better downtown Phoenix experience and highly recommend this community to anyone searching in the area!"

Tim at the front office has been amazing, fast to respond and super friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend this community."
