"In Nov I end up in the hospital do to medical problems and the office broke into my apartment and also let so strange guy in my apartment when I was in my apartment passed out from low iron and the stolen alot of my stuff and they tried to steal me service dog and the gave out my personal information to an abusive narcissistic jerk who stocks me the office will lie right to ur face homeless people come in and break in to unit's and the office doesn't care at all there is shootings and loud music all hours of the night the office and the police do nothing don't move here and they try to evict people illegally"

"I'm a current tenant here at The resort on 27th Ave . My experience here is yes the water did get shut off a couple of times for repairs due too pipes broken. An was quickly repaired an turned right back on in 4 hours time . The office staff does change from time to time . The ladies in the office are trying to place good staff an it takes time . We do have kids in the community who do make problems for everyone and Pull the fire alarm's an brake windows an play inside abandoned units but when cought they do get charged for it .Yes there are stray cat's because of people feeding them all the time an I believe the office is working on that problem but I doubt it We had security here that walkes an drives around the neighborhood trying to keep it safe but fired thee best we ever had on the job .they are trying to fix everything up an make the complex have a better reputation not working at all by the way on the water. Situation half the complex has only cold water People just need to remember where ever you go it is a RENTAL your going too have some problems ."

"This place is trash!! They price gouge the hell out of people, better put they tax you for being poor. All of the amenities they offer are a lie. They have three pools that you can't use they have a fitness gym that you cant use only thing that isn't a lie is you can have pets. And they charge $1100 for their smallest apartment! Don't move in here I just escaped from this property!"

"We have to pay to go in and out and the cats,fire alarm goes off for no reason and I didn't even get my mail key they say tomorrow every day. A bad apartment if you have babys."
