"BEWARE... Please do not move here. Had a leak from the upstairs unit that water damaged the closet. Maintenance came out to replace the floor boards, even though there is clearly mold inside the wall. They sprayed something on the mold to prevent spreading and then set up an industrial fan to dry out the water/mold. So that air was blowing around for 3 days. They didn't have anyone come out to replace the carpet, just a cleaning a week after they changed the floor boards. There is obviously still an active leak, as you can see from the photos the new floor board is now water damaged. The office has been extremely uncooperative and even had the nerve to question the source of the leak when I called. Maintenance was the one to tell us where the leak was coming from. They are instructed to do the minimal, as I was told. I requested to have it quarantined off to which I was denied. The floorboards are getting worse with the leak, and the carpet remains wet. The closet reeks of mildew and has small bugs forming. Whenever I do call about it, they just say, "we'll look into it." I do believe my asthma has been affected by this situation. These buildings need to be condemned. It's only a matter of time.."
