"This is a terrible place to rent from. Roach infested apartment. The manager summer is more concerned about eating her McDonalds everyday then she is about keeping the water on. It has been shut off multiple times over the month. On top of this Summer tried to charge me an extra $800 fee on top of my rent. This is probably to fund her lunch (she's eats 2)"

"I have lived in this area for 10-plus years, water has always been an issue. But I appreciate that they communicate with you and get it back on in a timely manner. The area has definitely gone downhill but I have seen the office take active steps in keeping the complex clean and safe. They have had safety socials with the local police department and do have security. The Office staff Summer and Peter are amazing the best I have had bar none. I can always trust that they will help me with whatever I need to the best of their abilities. Helping me resolve any issues I’ve had. They are friendly and competent. My apartment was involved in a fire and completely ruined they made sure I had a place for my family to stay and made the whole situation less stressful for us. I was always thankful for that as even the Red Cross lady told me that not all management is like that."

I’ve been a resident here for quite some time, and I’ve lived through many managers and owners of the property. The current staff, Summer, Pete, and Robert, have done a fine job in managing, and maintaining the property."

"I lived here for 1 year & I paid $19,800 for a whole year. Just for homeless people just to use my electricity for free outside my door & run my bill up that I have to pay. Not to mention the water getting cut off avg, 4 times a month. The the office is so unsustainable, they can’t even communicate correctly or send direct message until someone comes up to complain. They will sure make sure they send they pay your rent text or you gotta go. If you’re looking to move with kids don’t! I wound not recommend this neighborhood to be alone so many weirdos out here. They say there is security but they don’t even a Bother they are no help. Then all they do is just sit back & call the cops. Don’t waste your time or money unless you just want problems. Prices look low but then that’s where they get you with water, sewer, trash. Only good thing is the renovated apartment. Everything else around is not worth the environment"
