"It's a nice quiet apartment complex. Maintenance is really on top of there game didn't have to wait long to get things done. Spacious 1 bedroom really like it here so far. Alot of open parking which they don't charge you for. Clean complex."

"Absolutely horrible! Maintenance is the most inept I’ve ever come across. They have not responded to a single work order. Not one. And they show you a totally different unit than is the one you get to move into. We moved in and had no screens in the faucets, no window screens, the door jam has been kicked in and filled with caulk and painted over, drain covers in the sinks or bathtubs it’s just open holes into the drains, half the lights don’t work, paint was dirty hadn’t been repainted or even cleaned. I’m so done. And they have the nerve to send out a memo about no bbq grills when they don’t even have a single grill on the premises for tenants to use. Not to mention how rude and obnoxious the whole office staff is. It’s horrible here."

"The management is horrible, the water gets cut off for hours monthly, they say us next to a crack addict family, they let the upstairs flood, it's bug infested, if we plug something into one wall, a whole other wall shuts off. But it used to be good, it has 2 pools a basketball court, and a sand pit (the sand pit is bug infested and cats used it as a litter box) and the road it's connected to is so dangerous, about once a week there's an accident, and a few times in the 4 years we were here, there was a few people who crashed into the outer wall and once into an apartment containing a 4 year old. Also, there is more than annual rent increases. There is also a horrible community. I woldn't recommend. (You probably should ignore good reviews from before mid to late 2021)"

"staff members and property manager are very polite and friendly, they respond quickly and good with communication, work orders are also done quickly after being placed. Kimberly, leasing agent is very happy, energetic, and good energy when it comes to speaking with her. the community seems quiet the neighbors are friendly, they have two pools and laundry mat on site , or w/d hooks ups in apartments if you would like.. both one and two bedrooms are nice and spacious."
