Spectra Midtown

"My work takes me to many different apartment complexes in Phoenix every month. I've visited Spectra Midtown about once a month for the past 5 years. I've noticed an amazing transformation in the past year. The residents are much friendlier and greet me pleasantly as I pass through the common areas, the complex is cleaner, maintenance of common areas is obvious, and it just feels better. And I've noticed many apartments have been and are continuing to be renovated. For the first few years I was unwilling to go there after dark due to unsavory/dangerous activity that was occurring in common areas. I think the management of the complex is really making headway in creating an environment where residents can feel comfortable, safe and secure. I can't comment on how management treats residents or the rental fees, but i think it's a fair assumption that residents are respected, and prices are competitive with other complexes in the area."

"There has been an issue with mice since I moved in this place an I have plenty of videos ! Also put an eviction on my record after we already came to an agreement on a amount before I moved out. They have been switching out management because everyone keeps quitting so the new workers don’t even know what’s going on with agreements that were made in the past.They don’t provide accurate rent amounts an claim because people are moving out is the reasoning for your rent fluctuating every month. I will be seeking legal advice as well for incidents that occurred in the past during the time that I was there. This is definitely not a place I would recommend anyone to live. Save yourself !"

"I am grateful that we got to move here when we were desperate. And I love my place. But the air was working and now is not. We live in Arizona and also we barely have any hot water and I won’t be able to live like that for long. It makes me sad cause I do love it here. So I hope it gets fixed soon."

"Wow! The new Spectra Midtown previously The Flats at 2030 has come a long way. Just read the recent reviews and you know it's changed. The staff is working tirelessly. The community is now safer than its ever been with a gate system and fobs for residents of the community only. Maintenance is responsive and the leasing office even has fresh popcorn popped daily. I appreciate everything they are doing. Keep it up Team Spectra!!!"

"We have gone through 3 management company’s in the year that we have been renting here, the girls that are in the office now are wonderful! Not even a comparison to the ones before them. . We decided to upgrade to a one bedroom here, we really love the location. Semaj made the process seamless. Not only is she great at her job but she’s just an empathetic and caring person in general and tries to see our side of things. The other girls Cynthia and Deanna are great as well, always pleasant to speak with. They actually get things done. They finally locked our gates so people that don’t live here can’t come hang out in our laundry rooms. They have repainted and it looks awesome.Mike and the maintenance team are awesome as well! They are all trying to get the place cleaned up and we all know it;s not going to happen over night but they are absolutely doing their best! We are happy to have signed another year here! Thanks everyone!"
