"The apartments are quite comfortable and the maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. One of the best things is the front office staff - Leslie and Daniel are always friendly and able to answer questions and solve problems quickly when they arise. The location is very good with easy access to light rail and bus. Honestly, most of the issues are related to residents not being respectful of other residents. Most are friendly, funny sometimes and helpful to each other. But some are messy and uncaring about others. Again, the front office staff do their best to address these issues. And I enjoy living here."

"I mean I was interested so I set up a tour but I couldn't even meet anyone to do the actual tour(???) Update: ended up moving in and it has been the worst experience of my life. If you love living amongst roaches and love it when your calls are never answered or returned no matter how many voicemails you leave. This is the perfect place for you ☺️"

"Apartments have a very loud mega phone on the side of the building that screams a prerecorded warning message multiple times only late at night/early morning.This is what they call security and they don't care if it wakes up literally the neighborhood and tenants.**update- had the manager insist that this alarm is keeping out non- residents and a security company responds whenever it goes off.Yet this homeless woman is camping out in the parking lot!"

"Lived here for over a year and they've never answer a single one of my phone calls within that time period. We have a pool and a rec area that are never open cause they decided we HAVE too have keys despite not having them so we can never use either. Not too mention weekly occurrences where water needs too be shut off with 0 explanation. They have no problem billing you or finding extra taxes despite them taking a whole month for the hot water to start working. Rent has also gone up $200 within the past year and only seems to go up."

"Living at Cross Town has been great. I chose this location due to my job being nearby. The location is perfect for walking to the light rail to catching the city bus anywhere you would like to go. It is also walking distance to pretty much anything else you might need or want. You can walk or drive to a nearby shopping mall, and or gyms. A lot of variety restaurants of fast-foods and grocery stores. I do have to add that after the complex switched their name and hired new staff, EVERYTHING changed for the better. The new management has really stepped up their game on fixing up the complex. Maintaining their dog parks always clean and by keeping the rest of the complex almost spotless by always trimming their bushes and trees and free of unwanted trash. Great place to live at and great prices. They have different units for each individual need. Highly recommend!"
