"It's been 2 months since being denied and still haven't received my admin fee back. Call everyday and all I get is a lady saying I'll call you back if not that I get sent to vmail. Not getting approved is fine, but refund the money that belongs to me back or give me your corporate number so I can email a complaint on the ppl they have in their leasing dept and get my money back ."

"I don't live there but I pass by almost everyday they seem to keep up the matienance and the outward appearance looks great clean and trash free , It appears to be a quiet residence and looks full with same people for long period now so it must be cool to live there"

"This place was reasonably nice until the owner sold it, now the office is always empty and maintenance is poor. Drugs, shootings, a bullet came through the wall of a neighboring apartment wall. it's not safe. Plus they've just increased the rent substantially while adding water/sewer on top of the increase. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I have a family member living here until she moves out next month."
