"The apartments are nice!!! It's the nasty ghetto hood ppl that's makes it undesirable. They leave trash everywhere, or use the community trash cans as dumpsters. Teach ur ghetto children to clean behind themselves and how to respect adults and their community. You can take the ppl out the ghetto, but I guess you can't take the ghetto out of the ppl sad."

"Looks like it is well kept, gated. Nice places to sit and relax. Prices seem high to me. Pay $25 for Carport, Valet Garbage ? Too many fees you paying."

"These Apartments is considered low income. 3bedroom rent for those who pay it is $1294.00 These apartments come in 2,3,4 bedroom’s. They’re built like a townhome with one bedroom & bathroom down stairs. Kitchen has its own space these units are newly built almost a year old. There is onsite childcare for children who are potty trained. There is a lot of children clearly they’re built primarily for families with children. On-site wash house, -No washer or dryers in the unit -BBQ pit -Dog park -water park for the kids more of a splash pad. -outside gym Elementary school/jr high in the areas that I know of Pleasantview elementary Jr this is a private school at a church setting - John R Davis South pointe jr high & HS which is a charity school. & the South pointe HS is also for child’s who need credit recovery. -Ceaser Chavez H.S is the zone school Grocery stores & shopping centers are within 1 to 7 mile radius. Hope this helps whomever looking to move."

"Many of the tennants must not know what trash receptacles are for. Some appear to throw trash out their front door. Left over fast food can be found in the parking lot. Some just leave their trash bags on the ground next to the dumpster instead of inside it. Parents don't seem to control their kids as the kids throw landscaping gravel on the walk ways and parking lot. I did see one employee picking up trash and then some residents depositing trash behind him. I found out later that these are section 8 apartments. Could have fooled me. Many of the residents own more expensive cars than I do."
