"I applied for Stone View on 7th on September 14 I was notified that night that I was approved and a WIPS payment account had been created. My move in date was set for September 26th. I was in contact with Lily throughout my process and had to constantly call for updates on my move in. I was told to make sure SRP was connected before my move-in date. On Monday the 25th I was told that the only thing needed was my employment verification from my employer. I asked and confirmed with Lily that we would be good to go on our scheduled move in date because we were staying in temporary housing and I didn't want to check out if we needed to push our move-in back. I was assured that as long as they received my EV that we would be good to sign our lease. On Tuesday September 26th I made sure my employer sent the EV back over we spent the entire day moving our stuff out of storage and still I had to continue to call to find out what time we could sign our lease. We got there close to closing time and I was told my application hadn't been touched at all! I was also informed that technically we hadn't been approved even though my online account stated that we were. I asked why would they have me turn on lights and make all these arrangements if my application hadn't been fully approved. I was told that this is their process to get the property off the market. We weren't able to move in on our scheduled move in day and I had to call several times the next day to even get a response. I sat around waiting all day with nowhere to go with my kids and still didn't get a response. Lily called me back at 5:20 PM literally 10 mins before closing to tell me that my application had been DENIED. I've spent the last week attempting to get an explanation and no one at the property or corporate office has returned my calls and I wasted over $600 on utility deposits and storage and my husband lost a days work all because I was given the wrong information. They also have on their website that the income is 2.5 times the rent but I was told after the fact that it is 3 times the rent. The process in dealing with this company and their property was not pleasant at all."
