"terrible storage facility. i have used them for for multiple units for almost 10 years. they used to be good. in the last 3 years they have nearly doubled my rate with constant rent increases. the units are dirty and dusty inside, ruining my stuff, (from the doors not sealing) there are spiders, mice, and bugs in units. i have had rain damage in the past as well. customer service is bit or miss at best, sometimes you will get someone who has no idea what they are doing but is nice, other times they have no idea what they are doing and they are rude. they couldnt even explain the breakdown of my charges today when i moved out today. I do not recommend this place to anyone"

"Maricopa Storage Solutions has an Amazing staff with Daryl, Augusta and Mara. Augusta took time out to drive me around the campus and help me choose the correct size unit. On the day I picked up the truck, Mara assisted me with my unit, truck and assisting me with all the supplies I’d need for a successful move. Thank you Mara. Daryl came through in the clutch as my son and I were tired and needed a bite to eat for energy, he took the truck keys, parked it for us so we could have breakfast and get back to our move. Thank you all for a memorable move and relieving my family of the last minute move stress that was weighing heavily on our shoulders.
