"We've been coming here since 2010. We've always been treated respectfully by Janelle, the current on-site M-F manager. She's very customer oriented and has a pleasant personality. Scott saved the day when we left on Saturday and dealt with our electric bill so we could get on the road early. Thanks much - you both are special people!"

"Overpriced, poorly managed, run down, inconsistent laundry facilities. It has the potential to be a really nice park but lack of ownership motivation is clearly the main reason for this park having so many problems. Don’t expect a refund if you’re unhappy. Unfortunately, there’s not a lot of options in the area which is the only reason they’re still in business. I wish they would sell it to someone with some motivation and proper business management skills."

"It’s a great place to stay. The power works well. The water is a little weak at peak times but I don’t know if that can be helped. The employees are very helpful! Nice place and affordable monthly rates!!"

"Usually if I have nothing positive to say I don’t say anything ! But this place is not worth the $700 plus whatever they charge you for electricity! Their power panels are old and short out and especially if you have 2 Ace units never did I get power for my fridge and even with the fridge off it would short out and have no power. They tried to tell me it was my rv but once I’ve moved I’ve had no problem with it !! Don’t stay here the lady is a pain . But the place is calm and peaceful when she’s not on you"
