"So professional and helpful. I love the father and son dou. They went above and beyond to help me with my real estate needs."
"I couldn’t recommend Tracy Pierce more! She was absolutely wonderful throughout our entire process. She answered any and every question or concerns we had and made our home buying process all the more enjoyable. My family and I are settling in and enjoying our new home and we couldn’t be happier thanks to Tracy! If you’re looking for a realtor that has your best interest in mind and truly cares to find you exactly what you are searching for, I’d definitely go with Tracy Pierce!"
"One of their agents lost a deal for us, after we paid for inspection, appraisal, and paid the earnest money to the seller. She lied about what came with the house, and when we asked for a meeting with the seller to find out exactly who was telling the truth about what came with the house, and if we should wait on a loan, or write ourselves a loan from our 401K the agent just said that the seller wouldn't. She lost us money, time, and the chance to own a property with a beautiful mountain view. From the owner: "Response from the owner 2 hours ago I don't have enough information on this specific circumstance to speak to the exact situation. I will say that The Maricopa Real Estate company has been in business for over 20 years and has conducted itself professionally in the transacting of thousands of different pieces of real estate, so I'm definitely devastated to hear that one of our agents left anything less than a stellar impression. My name is Ryan Murray and I am one of the owners here. If you can reach out to me and give me more details about the situation here, I will see what we can do to begin addressing it." Reply to Ryan: The agent was Daniel. She represented us and the seller. We're autistic, and told her we needed her help making sure all went well. She lied to us. We've had another bad experience with your agency since then. She had another offer for more, while she charged us for all of the inspections and appraisals. We didn't know she was just going to use our money to help someone else get the property. She didn't disclose that she would be accepting other offers and wasting our time and money. The house was a tare down; but it was next to BLM and where highway 11 will be. The value will be so high! We wanted it as an investment, and to build an executive home on it after taring down the old modular. We should have sued; but we had no idea just how bad what she did was. We didn't know real estate law, and only found out from another company later that your company should have been sued. We had cash on hand to beat the higher bid. Daniel said that the owner refused to take our money and never even put anything into writing. Daniel just took our money, and told us over the phone that someone else was buying the property. Your company essentially stole from us. We feel she took advantage of our being Autistic, and represented us poorly. We have purchased another home that she didn't show us (although she was the contracted agent) after the bank repossessed it from the owners the house sat for years, then an agent at another company sold the house to us. Our investment has more than doubled. Other companies do help us to make great investments. Your company took advantage of us! and it looks like they failed the original owners of this house too... We'd have bought it back when Daniel represented it, if she had showed it to us. We feel so sorry for the people who lost ths house to the bank. So buyer or seller beware."
"Robyn helped us when we bought our new house. She went way above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. She helped us every step of the way with things we weren't aware of. She graciously got our beautiful farm sink and on the day we got our keys there was a gorgeous "Welcome Home" wreath and kitchen sign. Thank you so much Robyn, it was our pleasure!!! We will definitely be telling everyone about you!"
"We asked Corey and Danielle to sell our house. I know Corey to be very personable and hard working. I have known him since I coached him in High School. We needed to sell our house quickly. We met with Corey and Danielle and exchange expectations from both sides. They put our house up for sale on a Tuesday in December and we had a full price cash offer by Friday. This was our first time selling a house and we could not have had a better experience. Corey and Danielle took care of everything and spoke with us daily. They will always be the agents we recommend to family and friends. Thank so much Corey and Danielle."
