If your interested in an apartment or want information you will need to go in person or request a call back online. They're very busy and it's hard to get a person on the phone."

"Yolanda and her team (Breanna, David, & Edgar) truly deserve recognition for their attentiveness, professionalism, and in creating a friendly community here at Copa Flats. They have constructed a welcoming atmosphere, and their commitment to resident satisfaction is evident in every interaction. Any issues or concerns I have had each and every one of them have been very cordial and swift about handling them. I relocated out here from the East Coast and feel very lucky this is the first apartment complex I get to live in. The newly constructed sleek apartments are modern, clean, and also come with top-notch appliances. I am the type of person who has to minimally have a working dishwasher wherever I live and one of the biggest pluses of this complex is having a washer and dryer in the apartment. This makes everyday tasks super convenient for me and makes me appreciate living here. A fear I had with the complex was the noise level because it is still expanding and undergoing construction for the surrounding new buildings, but after living here for more than 4 months now I can say confidently that I barely hear the construction. So if that is a fear of yours I would say don’t let that turn you away. I will say the negative reviews are more so directed toward the process of getting into the apartments. Unfortunately I know this is outside of management’s control as the process I admit is very strict due to it being an income restricted complex. If you can bare through the process and meet the requirements I assure you that you will be part of an excellent residency. Living here feels like being part of a community where your comfort and quality of living is a top priority. I'm thoroughly impressed and grateful for such a positive living environment and highly recommend Copa Flats to anyone looking for a comfortable and contemporary living experience."

"I am currently a residence here at Copa Flats. I absolutely LOVE these apartments! Everything brand NEW, CLEAN community and very spacious!!! Lots of kids, my son loves to go outside and play. I just have to say that Yolanda and the Team are truly amazing❤️ Yolanda has worked with me since the very beginning and I’m so Thankful with everything that she has done! I am very pleased with the maintenance as well, I had two minor things that needed to be replaced and he came and completed them for me. I appreciate the service that I’ve been provided so far here as a resident. Thank you all so much for your hard work! Yolanda you are truly the BEST❤️"
