"I really enjoy living at this apartment. So far it’s been very well kept and the staff is attentive. It is a bit noisy if you don’t like children but this is a family complex and probably best if you live facing the parking if you don’t want to hear them playing at night. But the apartment is very roomy and feels like a small home rather than an apartment. Grounds are very clean and well kept. The maintenance staff get to work on orders fast. Plus all upgraded appliances! I would recommend this complex :)"

"Beware! They do not return deposits easily! They will not answer the phones! I have been trying to get my deposit back for over a year and they do not answer their phones after promising to return the deposit. Even drove 4 hours away to the apartment complex to speak in person and both times I drove there they said they will have their finance people give me a call and get it taken care of but they never do. The inspection sheet stated it was left in great condition so there’s no reason to be struggling this much to get a deposit back!"

"Fire alarm goes off for the entire complex day and night for the last 2 weeks. Fire Marshall states it's an alarm issue that needs to be brought up with the office and have serviced by the techs. Why hasn't this been done, yet? People have jobs, children have school. This effects way of life. Even now it is going off and has been for the past 40 minutes, it's 4am on a Saturday."

"The place so far with the move in process is incredible. My family and I really needed a place to stay and thought we had time to find a place but then things changed and we needed it asap. Justice was so amazing and literally worked with us to get us in a place right away. She helped us process everything very quickly and efficiently. My family and I moved back to AZ from Utah and that transition ran so smoothly. Thank you Justice for the kindness and hospitality. We look forward to making some memories here in Esteban Apartments. So far not disappointed with our place and the service!"
