"This place should be the last place for someone to consider to live in. I broke my lease, and ran for my dear life when I was moving out. To begin with, move in was horrible. A lot of repairs were necessary. Some of them, I had to do myself, because management would refuse to fix them. During the time I lived here, the property was being tossed around like a hot potato. Every couple of months, there was a new management transitioning. Finally Greystar took over, and it's been like that ever since. That being said, maintenance was never good, and did not become any better after Greystar took over. Management didn't become any better either. I would have go to the front office multiple times over the span of a week to get maintenance to come over. Management never picked up phone calls, and the property manager did not put in any effort to resolve any issues at all. Also, the place is falling apart. The build quality is horrible. Walls are thin. You are gracefully woken up by sweet music of leaf blowers almost every other day. People from outside constantly sneak into the pools and take your parking spots. Stuff from my patio had been stolen. These are all just the tip of the iceberg. Move out was also horrible. I got overcharged from my security deposit for carpet cleaning even though my unit was an all wood floor unit. After months of trying to get the refund, I wasn't able to. The property manager always found a way of avoiding the phone calls. He was either on brake, or on vacation. There was this one time where he was on break, and on vacation during the same day. I highly do not recommend living here. Search a little bit more, and I bet you will find something better. Honestly, anywhere would be better than this place."
"This beautiful apartment complex shares a street with an incredible resort. It's directly across the street from the golf course and well maintained! There are walkways close by and the complex has a beautiful pool near the office. The staff were somewhat kind and informative but could've been a bit more helpful. The tenant in front of me had mentioned a family emergency and a need to move out. Overall, they seemed accommodating in his situation and mentioned working with him in regard to finances. I was unable to squeeze in a tour but am looking forward to returning. The location is incredible!"
"horrible apartments. after move out, they kept our entire deposit and charged us $1,300 for repairs, the apartment was clean and no major repairs were needed. this place is clearly going broke and charge so many fees for nothing. no amenities, maintenance is nonexistent we had a broken dryer for months and then got it replaced with another broken dryer. there was so many holes that ants were coming in constantly, took maintenance months to show up for that too. my car also got tipped over by a truck because of how small the parking lot is. don’t move here they will take all your money with nothing to give back in return."
"THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT ERIC. I will leave a more detailed review about our entire experience here after our lease has ended. Eric is a hardworking, kind, approachable, and reliable member of the Greystar staff. He is probably the only person who has consistently given us his best and honest work when dealing with maintenance issues. He is attentive and honest and maintains a very professional demeanor. In our short time here, we have witnessed several new faces join the team, but he stands out amongst them all. Thanks for all you do to make our apartment a home :)"
"If you’re looking for a place to live, look elsewhere. This is the worst experience I have ever had, don’t let the model home and the nice golf course fool you. When I first moved in our apartment had MOLD growing, the sun doesn’t hit any of our windows so it was always so wet and humid. It was growing in the walls, carpets, bathroom, windows, all over its was definitely a health violation. I called the office and I had maintenance comes many times and all they said the first time was it was dog hair, BLUE/BLACK DOG HAIR ON MY WALL?! The next couple times the maintenance guy would come and wipe down the doors and windows but it would just keep coming back. I had to buy and treat the apartment everyday(scrubbing everything with a sponge and solution), throw away half of my personal belongings away because it got so bad and no one ever took it seriously and i went to the office and they just said it happens because i don’t have sun coming in, it’s winter and raining like OKAY AND?!?!!? no help whatsoever i just kept doing the treatments and treated it myself because who wants to live with mold? We had a major ant issue, i’ve texted with my neighbors and all of them have it bad too and im not talking about a couple ants here and there im talking about like the whole bathroom, in your carpets, up your walls, i spray often because of how bad it got and i don’t want them to come back especially seeing how bad my neighbors apartments were. we’ve had our cars broken into, my motorcycle was stolen in the middle of the night, we filed the police report and tried to inform the office but no one ever answers the phone. that’s not even the worst of it.. we’ve been living with mice for MONTHS since august that we know of they have been living in our apartment. we’ve had to leave any food we buy in the fridge or freezer because they get into everything and everywhere. we hear them at night running around or in the walls. we put traps out we sprayed stuff all over and nothing was working finally maybe a 2 weeks ago we finally at least caught one but it was one out of the families that we have. i’ve been up to the office so many times i walk in and they already know what it’s about and just give the WORST attitude, they won’t answer the phone ever i call all times of the day and never have they answered me, i emailed the general manger because we had a meeting scheduled. i wanted to make sure she would be there and i wanted to inform her about everything that was going on and once again no response.. worst management i’ve ever came in contact with. all the employees know it too they’re in and out as fast as they can. when i had scheduled the meeting with the manger they canceled saying she was out all week, then why did you tell me she had an opening and would be here? every other time i’ve gone in there was just supposedly no manger at all around i could speak to then one day it got a little heated and the assistant finally came out of hiding and did absolutely nothing but give me attitude. the only thing he told me was that they don’t do any credits on rent or would take off any fees or anything which was ridiculous because it got to a point that we couldn’t even walk around our apartment or live there, we stayed at friends house, family, hotels, airbnb because we couldn’t sleep, all we would hear was scratching, chewing, running in the walls on counters it was scary and gross. when we went to the office the front guy said we’re the only ones with this issue and it’s basically our fault that we have rats. when the assistant finally came out to talk to me he said that the apartments in front of the office have them and they are being treated for all the time. its a lot of back and forth, another maintenance guy mentioned they find dead rats around in the parking lot or that they see them running into the buildings. this has been a huge issue for us given i have a dog and we’re living there with disease spreading rodents. if you rent here i wish you the best of luck because i didn’t get any:)"
