"After reporting a persistent pest infestation (bugs literally falling out of vent, light fixture and a/c unit) on December 5, 2023, and multiple requests for assistance, the issue remained unaddressed until January 25, 2024, when a treatment was finally conducted. Despite the treatment, the problem persisted, indicating either ineffective pest control measures or a more extensive infestation within the building. This situation not only violates legal obligations for rental units to be safe and habitable but also severely impacts living conditions. Furthermore, the pest infestation has now affected the functionality of essential appliances, such as the air conditioning and heating system, which are unusable due to precautions taken to prevent further pest ingress. I've reached out for urgent attention to this matter, requesting immediate action to engage professional pest control services promptly. However, despite follow-up emails, I have yet to receive a response or commitment to addressing the issue expediently. I'm disappointed with the lack of urgency and communication especially given the severity of the situation and legal obligations. the photo below are as follows: image 1 is when i first noticed the issue and covered the problem areas and reached out to Alicia. Image number 2 is right before the treatment on 1/25. Images 3 is 6 hours after the "treatment". keep in mind this is only 1 of 3 areas bugs are falling. For context this bag is over the vent fan in the bathroom."

"I have Been here for almost two years now, and I have had the worst experiences since the day I moved in . Cats died in my laundry room I tried to tell maintenance and they kept telling me nothing was there. I had to beg him to go back and check one more time because I was that sure and sure enough there were multiple dead baby kittens . I also went without hot water for 2 months . Then it got fixed for a day and was without hot water again for 8 months straight. And 6 months of no washer and dryer, Me and my family had to warm up water on the stove top every day just to wash up with warm water not to mention it's below 50 degrees at night, we were dragging our clothes to a laundry mat and having to pay out of pocket because they wouldn't come fix or replace my washer and dryer. We dealt with mold growing in our home in multiple areas and they tried to tell me it was rust yet sprayed it with bacteria killing spray. After all that struggle the most they were willing to do was take 200 dollars off one months rent , with no regards to the inconvenience the lack of action caused. Very unprofessional staff here and the management is no better . I'm very disappointed with the way they handled this and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone."
