"This 5 star rating is for the time prior to January 2018. This property was sold in January of 2018. The previous owner, Jeanette, had it for 17 years and it was her baby. She spent a reasonable amount of money to keep it maintained, her maintenance man was with her the whole 17 years. I was the property manager from 2014 till its sale in 2018. Both of us lived on property and we also had security on site for 8hrs 7 days a week to include holidays. Any review from 2018 to earlier is under Jeanettes ownership. The new owner, despite telling the selling owner that he would keep the existing staff, fired them and then served them 30day notices to move out or they would be evicted. I guess that kind of tells you about what was coming for the tenants post sale. An owner who has multiple properties in several states and only interested in $$. Jeanette lived on property for a long time and knew her tenants personally. She knew their children and watched them grow up. She even helped some of them with college monies. I was sorry to see her sell it. I wish you good luck living here now. While it is a SUPERB location, be wary."

"I have lived here since 2018. The complex is quiet. I haven't had any issues that weren't tend to regarding maintenance. The property itself is kept clean. There have been several property managers since I've been here. I have to say that the current manager Brenda is always very helpful and understanding. She goes above and beyond to help meet the tenants needs. She stays connected with the residents and makes herself available to communicate with. I am very grateful to have her as a property manager. :)"

"I have only been living here for a month but I am very impressed. The apartment manager was very nice and extremely helpful. The move in process took less than a week to complete before I was able to move in. I have had no maintenance issues or community issues. The laundry room is available 24/7 and all the washer & dryers work and work well, which is a very big plus in my book. I love how small the community is and it's relatively quiet. The management is very understanding and willing to help. I am very happy living here."

"After 2 and a half years living in this property, we are finally out. Unfortunately I dare to say that it is the worst place I came to live where you can rent. We were living in this property for all this time because our daughter's school was too close, and also because we believed that the new owner of the property was going to make new improvements in the units (like promised us). For our luck, it got worse. I repeatedly reported a water leak in the kitchen, until I asked the maintenance guy to help me because it was a long wait, until he told me that there was no maintenance personnel, and that they were bringing him from another place. The same happened with the water heater, took us 5 months to wait to get fix. The refrigerator broke down, and after 2 months waiting to fix this issue when I told the manager that I was going to leave the broken refrigerator in her office because it was too much, they immediately took another one. The day I went to deliver my letter of the last month lease, the new manager told us that 200 dlls we are not going to get back for some fee that the owner had imposed, and that fee was in the contract. To the surprise of this new manager, my contract did not say that, but at the end, they invented a charge of 120dlls because we left the apartment dirty, and I have photos that prove that the apartment was delivered clean. If you plan to live in this place, I recommend that you think about it very well, because unfortunately it is also a local piglet. It took me a long time to realize the kind of place where I put my family, and I hope nobody else makes the same mistake as us. With this review, I don't think they get to do much. DON'T FORGET TO TAKE PICTURES TO PROVE THEM HOW YOU LEAVE CLEAN THE PLACE, THEY WILL SAY THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PICTURES"
