"Unprofessional management, nothing gets done they always have excuses. The previous manager who stepped down had an attitude problem. This place is a joke. This is like the 6th leasing manager since opening in 2021.The grounds are disgusting the building was not built by professional contractors and is already falling apart. Counters came scrapped and damaged and has permanent stains from water that can not be removed. Cracked tile floors. Large gaps along walls, Glass installs from shower still not installed since move in. Missing amenities, trash everywhere, no assigned parking, dog poop everywhere, wack gym; the place is a dump and they don’t care. Office is often closed. Secondly, dirty pool. PH seems off due to color change from blue to green. This complex opened year 2021 and has been falling apart ever since. The office bribes you for good reviews and offers money off your rent if you do. They pay to have bad reviews removed. They do not care about their tenants. The complex is always dirty and they hire unlicensed workers I can go on and on. DONT MOVE HERE!! They will respond to this post and act concerned but don’t care. Don’t fall for their excuses unless you’re desperate and need a place to stay. They do move in any and everyone. They don’t do background checks a-lot of crazy people here. Its a free for all here."

"Sad to hear Sally has been moved to manage another complex, her and Arturo made for an incredible team. My family and I have been staying at Desert View for the last three years. Every maintenance request has been completed by Arturo in a timely and professional manner. From plumbing to light fixtures and everything in between, Arturo has been able to complete it all to the most satisfactory. Thank you Arturo and thank you Sally hoping you come back !"

"The entire staff at the apartments is amazing especially Arturo! He’s up every morning making sure the property is clean and kept he’s friendly and very hard working and always with a smile. Sandy is always helpful she’s very good at what she does and making us s all feel welcome here"

"The property manager is awesome. She always tries her best to work with you on things. Very understanding as long as you communicate with them. The place is always clean. Maintenance is always on top of things as well. Love this place. I think the only issue I ever had is all the birds that live above our apartment. But that's about it."

"Currently a resident. I have the neighbors from hell. The people above sound like they are dropping boulders all day and night. The walls are paper thin. My neighbors across from me harass me and my dog daily. There is nothing management can do. The trash is always over flowing. The gates have NEVER worked. I have been here since July. The pool has never been usable. The apartment is infested with roaches. The counters are stained. The cabinets are only usable if you were at least 7 feet tall. They are ridiculously tall and unusable. The dishwasher does not open completely because there are knobs on the cabinet underneath the sink and you cannot open them. Mold in the bathroom was fixed by painting over the mold. We are on our third set of office managers. Overpriced and not well kept. Think twice before moving here. Insist on a tour of the apartment."
