"Gabe and Reann are great and so easy to work with. I can not say the same about others in the office, if you are dealing with RHEE she will be of no help. This community picks and chooses on who to complain about, this is also a section 8 community which they do not advertise to the people. (And yes you can tell who is there on S8, but for some reason, actually residents who pay are the ones getting notices and fined) There has already been instances with car break ins and things being stolen. I will not be renewing the lease and I don’t recommend others to live here. They are horrible at communication, but once this is posted I bet I’ll receive a call :)"

"These apartments just got built and already been having issues with the way they run things. Our car got stolen just yesterday morning (We are in a gated complex by the way) and I tried to make a post about it on the complex website app and it got withdrawn! I’m trying to alert people in the complex that the safety here isn’t working and they need to do more! Only having one security camera up in the front will not do it! Just cause this is not happening to you doesn’t mean it won’t happen to anybody else! Stop being so focused on your image and take care of your tendons! Sending out a vague message is not helping your residence feel safe! I get it you’re not trying to panic people, but at the same time, tell them the truth about what’s going on! These apartments have potential, but SOME of the people running it they need to figure something out!"

"The homes are very nice and comfortable but overall I had a bad experience living there. Communication is poor. My phone number was never added properly to the gate system, therefore I had to always walk to let me visitors in. Neighbor residents abused the amenities rules. The valet trash doesn’t work how it’s said to be. People every day entering from the Buckeye Rd exit gate. Making it unsafe, by unregulated people accessing the property. Now, three months after I am no longer a resident, I still have not received my refundable deposit. I will not recommend living in this community."
