"Newer facility. Bare bones for a suite. Has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink. No plates, dish liquid, silverware, dish towels, or paper towels. There is a charge if you want pots and pans, etc. $3 charge for clean towels. No hand towel, we had to go to the store and buy one. No hairdryer. Only one mirror. One night stand. No place for two people to sit and eat. Very small room Road noise is awful. Hard to sleep with all the trucks driving past. Make sure to request a room away from the road. Inexpensive, clean. Convenient location to Goodyear ball park."

"I placed a reservation online for 2 rooms at this hotel more than 6 weeks in advance. The day before my departure I double-checked my reservation on the website, and it said it had been cancelled. I tried to call the hotel to get an explanation and hopefully get my reservation fixed, but nobody would answer the phone. Ultimately had to find another hotel last-minute."

"Newer less expensive hotel and works great for longer stays with the partial kitchen and full size refrigerator. Room was clean and nice with a small desk and good internet. The bed although new or newer was a little flimsy and not the most comfortable but it worked. Overall it was a nice room. However if your staying over a weekend don't take the downstairs room next to the exterior door. People were in and out constantly over the weekend, very annoying with two doors slamming every time someone came in or went out, which was non-stop! The young woman at the front desk was awesome and very helpful. You don't get daily or mid week cleaning etc., but they will exchange towels out for you which is nice, WITHOUT changing a huge daily resort fee, again nice. The location IMO is good, close to an area with a Costco and tons of restaurants and shopping, right off the 10frw so good location."

"This a brand new place and the staff are great and very friendly. We loved our room. Close to places to eat and easily get where you need to go as it's close to main highways. We came to watch the race this weekend and it's only 20+- minutes from the track. Highly recommended."

"This is a beautiful new hotel. We are in town from Nascar. Good location, clean, and safe. Manager Neven was very kind and personable. He was very patient in training a new employee, and that speaks volumes. I hope this new location does well. I will keep in mind for future trips."
