"Very poor customer service and Management. Management Team, you need find someone who is willing to work and able to work at your front office. Not just sit there and doing nothing. Come late and leave early."
"To start off we booked an appointment for 4:00 and got a confirmation email. We arrived at the leasing office at 3:45 to be there early. Once we tried to open the door there was a sign saying the person went to lunch and won't be back until 4:10. That was wrong because the lady came back at 4:20 and was unbelievably rude. No hello, no I'm sorry I'm late, she did not even introduce herself. Barely even looked at us! On top of that the prices they have online are not accurate at all. We say $1,350 online and she gave us $1,819! Even if the lease is longer the price actually went up! Absolutely unbelievable customer service! Do not live here!! Management please reach out to me because that was the worst experience of customer service I have ever had! That lady will make you lose business!"
"I have been at Christopher Todd for since opening and we have seen a lot of changes . The front office team Cassie and Toni are great. They really take the time to assist you and also get to know you. We have had no major issues living here. We get along great with our neighbors which I feel is important. We are close to schools and shops and the freeway which is a good thing . I don’t have to travel far to many places. We would renew our lease however we need a 3 bedroom and they don’t offer that so we have to move."
"I applied and spoke with Kassi regarding my application and then on my follow up, I was told by her I was denied due to criminal history and credit. They pulled a 70 point difference from “TransUnion” when I have my own TransUnion pulled up and verified with 70 credit points higher. On the denials letter she advised me to call the 800# provided as I have never had a criminal background in my life. Upon calling THEIR screening company and TransUnion, the rep told me it was as “adjustment” made due to a discrepancy about a settled traffic violation and it was removed from my criminal history section. Upon calling Kassi back to inform her of this, she then argued with me saying that I am denied due to criminal history and credit. When I tried to inform her of their screening company dispute, she then continued to talk over me and repeat the same information over and over. I continued to ask questions about how I could have misinformation when these companies supposedly work together and she could not answer me. It seems discriminatory and Kassi refused to provide me a personalized experience just giving me very “textbook” repetitive answers when that was not even what I was asking. Upon asking for her supervisor or corporate number so I can gain clarification with someone who cares about my issue, she then provided me with the incorrect number. I have called and left message at corporate about this. Their management staff does not seem up to par for this kind of community. I am actually happy this happened so I don’t have to deal with that level of customer service while paying 2000$ rent. I hope corporate takes this issue seriously and contacts me back ASAP."
"I have lived here for the past 3 years and as soon as my lease is up I will be moving, ever since the new management company took over the property has went to trash. The pool is always dirty with water bottles and soda cans floating in it. Kids are always diving in the pool so no chance in relaxing. There is always someone playing loud music from their car at all hours of the night which never happened in the past. It takes days for maintenance to fix an issue for some odd reason. I just called and spoke with April who was not able to assist me with what I was asking so she handed the phone over to Ebony the manager who found my issue funny. April and Ebony kept trying to compare my situation to other residents that work from home. I tried explaining multiple times that I will need to plug my Ethernet cord into the router which is located in the closet and they did not have a resolution for me. I felt belittled and as if my request was not important If you are thinking about moving in here I would advise you not to do so as the amount of money that they are charging is not worth the small space of the apartment homes or the poor quality of customer service from the management team. And they go through staff quiet often. Just a heads up to anyone looking to move here. April and Ebony rarely answer the phone or reply to emails and when I asked April if she received my email her answer was I get a lot of emails. Like that’s not her job. Horrible place to live. The management team acts like they are doing you a favor when they are asked to do there job. Also when you leave a message with the answering service you never get a call back from the office. If April and Ebony can not handle their jobs they need to find a new one. The old manager Austin was always helpful. Do not move here it’s not worth your hard earned money."
