Sundancer Apartments

"Please rent from anywhere else. The parking situation is horrendous if your household has more than 1 car; there just isn't enough spaces and you can end up in a situation where you have nowhere but the public street to park. If you have a bigger than average truck then good luck even getting it in a spot. Everyday after work is a race straight home in an attempt to snag a parking spot inside the gate where there isn't even that much security to begin with. There have been multiple broken into cars in my year of residence, when the concern was brought up to the office we were told "corporate will not install more cameras". Water takes multiple minutes to get warm, sometimes up to 10 minutes in winter and will not stay warm if it gets there at all. Maintenance is aware but I was told "just run all of your faucets at once" yeah, what a wastefully great solution. Management will deactivate your online payment account WITHOUT notice if you're late on your rent payment, forcing you to get a cashiers check. In one instance, the notice I was given did not have the correct amount owed so I was on the hook for two separate processing fees due to an error from the office. The units have smart locks that can't even properly lock on their own as the doors don't sit closed properly. MEB Management is aware of the state of this property and will make no effort in changing their policies or servicing the overall community. You are a just number to these people and they make sure you know that."

"I was shown a really nice two bedroom the other day and I loved it ! Everything is so modern. I also loved that property was really clean ,you can tell it's really taken care of! Cruz was really helpful in answering all my questions I had."

"Been living here for years and its an absolutely a nice place to live. The property manager Cruz is so awesome and friendly - never any issues ! The property is kept so beautifully and the complex is so quiet. The maintenance is also nice. Love it here"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. These are the WORST apartments I've ever been to. Even if you ignore how overpriced they are, or the painted bathtub/shower that WILL PEEL when you use it. The manager, Cruz, is ATROCIOUS!! She will only advise you once if there is a complaint, and ignore any attempts to discuss it, but also gaslight you when you leave because you didn't reach out to discuss it?! They can and will evict you for "noise complaints" but there's no guidelines for times you will need to be quiet. Meaning it could be the middle of the day, and your neighbor can complain about you cleaning or anything. Also, if you have an animal, don't bother unless you get a bottom apartment, because your neighbor WILL complain about them walking. Even service animals are not protected here. If for some reason, you still decide to live here, DON'T TAKE APARTMENT 2105!! The downstairs neighbor will complain about every noise, and ignore any attempts to discuss it like adults. In my opinion, if Cruz is the one you speak with when applying for an apartment, RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY!!!"

"I know someone who lives here and they seem to enjoy their home. The complex is quiet every time I visit. It is also very clean and the property is well maintained. I don't see stray animals around like some properties I have been to around town. It is also a smaller complex which is better than the larger ones nearby."
