"This place is completely incompetent and will leave you high and dry when it comes to repairing anything! They’ve left us without AC (multiple times) in the summer having to stay in a hotel and hassling for a reimbursement, tile had been lifted/cracked for over a year until someone got hurt THEN it was repaired, there was a leak in the wall for months until it was finally repaired (I’m sure this place has mold) and the refrigerator has been out for 2 months+ now leaving us to purchase a new one and paying THEIR appliance co pays for repairs on THEIR refrigerator. No regard for the tenet AT ALL. And will STILL take out your full rent. They complain about the most petty things (green backyard, closet doors and patching holes) but put you on the back burner when there is actually a cause for concern. I’m only writing a negative review to save someone from going through hassle after hassle. Do not rent from this company or trust them to handle your property!"

"Renter be warned- western vistas has no concern for care of the overall property. They make their money by taking from your security deposit. We moved in and the unit was unclean, old food in the fridge, visibly dirty, doors didn’t properly close and no Ac. After arguing with them we were able to get money off our rent but problems persisted through the entire lease. Upon move out, unsurprisingly they took from our security deposit. We had professional cleaners, carpet cleaners, and didn’t live in the unit for a month prior to move out and still had money removed. They spent almost triple the time going through during move out and made it visibly clear they were looking for issues until they racked up a $200 charge. They aren’t here to ensure a positive rental experience, they’re here to make money off renters. Tapestry’s community HOA is wonderful and I recommend to buyers and renters but I don’t recommend moving forward with WV."

"Please what ever you do, do not get into a lease contract with this company. Starting from Katie- the broker, all the way down to Cynthia- the leasing agent, it has been nothing but lies. I am currently living for MOLD in my unit. I notified them of this since Christmas Eve, they have yet to send anyone out here to fix it. My bathroom was going to cave in on me and it took them several days to get a contractor out here to look at it. They have now cut a gigantic hole in my master bathroom, and are staying they’re going to have to renovate the entire bathroom. They’re refusing to relocate me in the meantime. I have small children living with me. They have no kind of customer service what so ever. They are rude. Nonchalant and honestly have no human regard. How are they able to sleep at night knowing every single day my children and I are living at this place we are breathing in toxic mold. I am now sick, I have had to get X-rays for pneumonia. I have contact a lawyer and will be pursuing legal matters. But please save yourself the trouble and do not rent through them. Also if you’re a perspective owner looking for a leasing company I would run fast! I asked if they notified the owner of my unit about any of the damages I have told them about and they said NO!?! How on earth can someone trust you to lease their property if you aren’t even keeping them update on matters. Run fast."
