"We have lived here for 8 years and been through a lot of management/ property owner changes. Everyone is different and comes with different changes and transition periods. We are leaving at the end of the month only because our family has outgrown the property… we have gotten to know management and they are learning just as much as the residents. We threw parties at the pool for sporting events and brought the community together. It’s a part of our family and will be sad to leave, but life moves on! Bayside was our 2nd family."

They put so much effort into making the Bayside community, an actual community. We enjoy our apartment and the amenities! The maintenance crew is always getting things done in a timely manner (most times the same day). Our overall experience has been positive living here."

"I’ve lived here for about a year and half and don’t have any major complaints! All of the staff are friendly, and recently there have been a lot more social events which has been awesome! The maintenance team is great & requests have always been completed within 24 hours. Location is pretty good - being so close to two major highways."
