"After living in The Marquis at Desert Ridge, I had hoped for an equally good experience at Sonoran Preserve. Unfortunately, living in building 4 was far from pleasant. My upstairs neighbors consistently woke me up at 2am, the dog of my downstairs neighbors barked incessantly, the apartment's quality was subpar, and I deeply regretted my decision to move there. The day I moved out was the happiest day during my stay. It was frustrating dealing with noisy neighbors blasting music, honking horns, and revving engines at all hours of the night. Once a week, during my post-work run, I encountered an unpleasant situation with my neighbor on the first floor. This individual would often make inappropriate remarks or attempt to startle me as I turned the corner. Given the cost and the location, I expected a much better living situation."

"Recently had a horrible experience at this apartment complex used to be a good place but has gone down hill. Overall lived there for four years, came back to this place after moving back from another state. First off, the management team will do nothing about noise complaints l, had a horrible downstairs neighbor that rattled the walls with her demon children, and I lived on the 3rd floor. Secondly, the place is just outdated and maintenance never cleans anything there are cockroaches everywhere and trash in the pool area. Maintenance is another story, to get them to do their job is a task until you just give up on it, I had a faulty smoke detector that needed to be replaced they literally told me to wait till the next day, which I had to beg for them to come out that night. The worst complaint of all is that we had to move out early because the living conditions were so bad because of downstairs neighbor that we had to go and made us pay them over 5,000 to move and then charged us another 200 after we had moved out two months later for more "rent." Bottom line don't live here."

"I lived at Marquis for 1year but had to move out of state after losing my job. I really appreciated that the office will return your calls/emails if there are questions or concerns. In the first couple of months after move-in I would be assertive (rude) based on previous rentals but the office will return messages within two days which was greatly appreciated and helped with patience. Hilda was often seen on the grounds and would always say hi; I can’t think of any other property I rented from where the manager ever came out of their office. The apartment layouts are great and very quiet…I didn’t work for half the year after job loss and never heard my neighbors. The only recommendation I would give is to upgrade the kitchen appliances. The stove was a hot mess though they did replace it which was appreciated. It improved maybe a hair but is just a lower end model. I gave up on the freezer issue but with these two things I did have to change how I prefer to utilize the kitchen. The complex and ground were always clean and maintenance was friendly and efficient. Having Dixie Mountain as my backyard was my absolute favorite thing! I likely would have stayed if I did not have to move and would recommend the Marquis if you need a place to live!"

They were prompt in addressing any questions or concerns I had, making the paperwork a breeze. This place is clean, well-maintained, and move-in ready, which made settling in hassle-free. Additionally, their online portal for payments and maintenance requests was convenient and user-friendly. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of the rental office team, and I'm thrilled with my new place. Highly recommend!"
